Qualifications

• 6+ years of escrow officer experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong time management and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic direction, operations and revenue for branches and key accounts.
• Serve as a neutral intermediary between buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.
• Manage funds and processes for real estate transactions.
• Align branch goals with business unit goals.
• Maintain client base and resolve escalated issues; provide guidance on products, policies, and transactions.
• Perform duties of an Escrow production position.
