Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Some escrow experience preferred.
• Microsoft Suite proficiency.
• Great communication and customer-oriented skills required.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Reading contracts and orders in preparation for closing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate information collection and communicate with customers by phone, email, or in person.
• Handle frontend processing.
• Train to prepare preliminary Closing Disclosures.
• Read contracts and orders and assemble documents for the file.
