Escrow Assistant role in Houston, TX with a family-run title company seeking an organized, tech-savvy professional to support a fast-paced residential closing team onsite.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of title/escrow experience preferred; high-volume residential real estate considered.
• File setup and maintenance in title production software.
• Accurate data entry and document preparation under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Schedule closings and coordinate parties and calendars.
• Order payoffs, HOA documents, tax certificates, surveys and other file requirements.
• Assist with file setup, document preparation and data entry under deadline pressure.

Escrow Assistant Requirements & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of title/escrow experience preferred; high-volume residential real estate experience may be considered
• File setup and maintenance in title production software

• Accurate document preparation and data entry under deadline pressure
• Must be local to Houston and able to work onsite

Escrow Assistant Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience with Qualia or more than one title production platform, and prior exposure to commercial files
• Notary public commission (or willingness to obtain) and prior support experience for a producing Escrow Officer
