Executive Title Agency, Ltd. is seeking an Escrow Assistant in Houston, Texas. This role involves providing administrative support to the Escrow Officer and ensures efficient communication with all parties involved in the closing process.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant administrative experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. A comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) is offered.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 3 years of relevant administrative experience.
• Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products.
• SoftPro experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with lender, buyer, and selling agent.
• Send commitment with additional documents required to all parties.
• Process Title Commitments.
• Review tax certificate for accuracy.
• Clear Schedule “C” items, if any.
• Assist escrow officer.
• Verify HOA Fees.
• Address/clear any pre-closing transaction issues.
