SetPoint Consultants is seeking an experienced Commercial Escrow Officer for their Houston, Texas office. This permanent role offers a competitive, DOE salary range with bonus potential.

You will support the closing of commercial escrow transactions and collaborate with Escrow Assistants to deliver exceptional service. Candidates must have 3-5 years of Commercial Escrow Officer experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Commercial Escrow Officer.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Fast, accurate typing, data entry & 10-key skills.
• Outgoing personality with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Work with Escrow Assistants to close commercial escrow closings and deliver top-notch customer service to clients.
• Review purchase & sale agreement, buyer/seller and lending instructions to determine escrow requirements.
• Prepare closing documents and coordinate disbursement and follow-up of escrow transactions and transaction-specific requirements.
• Clear all title exceptions as part of the closing process.

SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm specializing in the Title, Mortgage, Escrow, Banking, and Legal industries. We have a growing national title and escrow company looking for an experienced Commercial Escrow Officer for their Houston, Texas office. This is a permanent position upon hire. The salary range is very flexible and DOE, but should range from $100,000-$1250,000/yr. PLUS BONUS.

Commercial Escrow Officer

Candidates must have commercial escrow experience to be considered. The candidate will work with Escrow Assistants to close commercial escrow closings and will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service to their clients. The candidate will determine escrow requirements by reviewing the purchase & sale agreement, buyer, seller, and lending instructions. The candidate will prepare closing documents and might assist in coordinating the complete disbursement and follow-up of all escrow transactions and/or transaction-specific requirements. The candidate must have superior communication skills as this position requires constant communication of specific requirements needed to close transactions, and must be able to clear all title exceptions.
