First American's San Antonio Homebuilder Services team is seeking an Escrow Assistant to support our escrow operations in a fast-paced environment. You will assist in opening orders, input closing details, prepare documents for closing, and manage disbursements while delivering a high level of service.

You will communicate with customers throughout the escrow process, interpret various agreements, and use a range of technologies to enable smooth transactions and exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of escrow-related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to new software and technologies.

Responsibilities
