First American is seeking a Commercial Escrow Assistant to join our growing National Commercial Services team in Minneapolis. You will support the escrow process for simple and complex commercial transactions, prepare closing documents, and input closing statement information while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of escrow-related experience, strong communication, and proficient use of MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of escrow-related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office and adaptable to new software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the escrow process for simple and complex commercial transactions; prepare closing documents and input closing statements.
• Communicate regularly with customers during escrow; adapt communication style as needed.
• Interpret agreements related to escrow closings.
• Work with technologies to enable escrow transactions and deliver an excellent customer experience.
