Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of mortgage servicing experience, with escrow administration and/or data reporting preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of mortgage servicing documents and escrow processes.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations and investor requirements related to escrow administration.
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office products.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and analyze portfolio data reports for management.
• Professionalism and ability to interface with upper management.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Maintain consistent attendance to fulfill essential functions.
• Adhere to RoundPoint policies, investor requirements, and regulations.
• Provide customer service to payees, investors, and borrowers on tax status.
• Identify and resolve tax and escrow exceptions.
• Explain payment and escrow changes to borrowers.
• Process disbursements on/ before renewal dates.
• Research and resolve tax issues and ensure timely tax payments.
• Prepare and review exception reports and resolve items.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve exceptions and trends.
• Suggest policy/procedure improvements and participate in special projects.
