Job summary

Octagon Compliance Group, Inc. is seeking an ESCI-certified facilitator to co-deliver a 7-month leadership development program for 20–30 new and acting supervisors at a federal research center in Cleveland.

The role requires on-site commitment one weekday per month for seven consecutive months, plus remote coaching between sessions. The candidate will co-facilitate sessions, administer ESCI and strengths assessments, and coach participants individually, with a focus on leadership growth and

Qualifications

Current Korn Ferry ESCI certification.
5+ years facilitating leadership development for supervisors or managers.
Experience delivering one-on-one leadership coaching.
Based in or near Cleveland, OH, available one weekday per month on site for 7 consecutive months.
Able to complete a federal facility background check.

Responsibilities

Join the client kickoff meeting with OCG, virtual or in person.
Co-facilitate six full-day, on-site sessions with OCG's program lead, on weekdays 8:00 am–5:30 pm.
Administer and interpret ESCI and a strengths-based assessment; debrief results.
Deliver two one-on-one coaching sessions per participant.
Collect evaluations and contribute to the final program evaluation report.
Coordinate with OCG's program lead on schedule and participant progress.
