Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Baltimore is seeking an Associate in WM Escheatment Operations to collaborate with branches and stakeholders to ensure timely reporting and delivery of eligible accounts and assets to the states in accordance with escheatment guidelines.

In this role you will support multiple escheatment campaigns across Spring, Summer and Fall, working within the Client Service & Relationship Management team to manage internal and external relationships, drive control and compliance, and

Qualifications

• What candidates must bring: ability to establish clear goals and priorities; knowledge of functional area and compliance policies; collaboration and organizational skills; detail-oriented with deadline management; identify and escalate anomalies; familiarity with unclaimed property regulations and SEC 17ad-17; strong problem-solving and data analysis abilities; typically 2+ years of relevant experience.
