Job summary

Lenmar Consulting in Utah is seeking an Operations Analyst to support Escheatment Operations. You will respond to client inquiries, coordinate with internal business areas, and ensure timely handling of unclaimed assets using MS Excel for data processing.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills to balance workloads, meet SLAs, and escalate anomalies to management as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying and addressing client needs in discussions.
• Ability to balance workloads while meeting client expectations and provide feedback.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers and clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Project management capabilities.
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced data management and MS Excel experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and coordinate with clients and business areas regarding returned mail inquiries
• Respond to internal and external inquiries and ensure maintenance of SLAs
• Work with clients or internal stakeholders as information is required
• Support the reconciling of unclaimed assets as needed
• Work on assigned projects to support Escheatment Operations
• Identify and escalate potential process anomalies to management quickly
