Qualifications

• REQUIREMENTS include flexible availability, nights/weekends/holidays.
• Must handle physical activity including cleaning, painting, standing, lifting 30-40 lbs.
• Must be able to use small tools and magnets when resetting games.
• Quickly resetting locks, drawers, shelves, and game components within training timeframes.
• Excellent communication with guests.

Responsibilities

• Lead groups of 2-12 guests with an upbeat, friendly demeanor.
• Explain TEG games and products to guests.
• Monitor team progress using Game Guide software.
• Reset game components accurately and efficiently after each session.
• Provide a five-star guest experience and engage with guests during the outro.
