Job summary

JumpCloud is seeking a capable engineer to diagnose and resolve critical customer issues, while building an internal SaaS tool for data access across CSE, CSM, TAM, Sales, and Finance teams. You will partner with Product and Engineering and serve as Incident Manager to drive fast resolutions.

The role emphasizes strong SQL/NoSQL skills, Java/Python/Go programming, APIs/SDKs, and comfort with AI-assisted tools, plus excellent communication and teamwork.

Job description

• Perform in-depth troubleshooting on issues impacting our customers both internally and externally.
• Develop our internal SaaS application focused on providing critical customer data to our CSE, CSM, TAM, Sales, and Finance teams.
• Provide support for all Product and Engineering teams and serve as Incident Manager in facilitating quick resolution of issues.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with complex schemas, as well as NoSQL DBs such as MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.
• Experience programming in Java, Python, or Go, and working knowledge of APIs and SDKs.
• Comfort using AI-assisted tools in day-to-day engineering work, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Where you'll be working:

• This is a remote role based in Turkey, with an expectation to participate in on-call shifts.
• JumpCloud conducts business in English, so fluency in written and spoken English is required.
