Job summary

JumpCloud is seeking a Software Engineer 3 (SRE) to join the Infrastructure & Reliability Engineering team. The role centers on platform resilience, ensuring high availability, performance, recoverability, and operational maturity.

You will design, deploy, and maintain reliability across AWS and GCP, operationalize SLIs/SLOs, and build observability with Datadog, Kubernetes, and Terraform while on-call. JumpCloud emphasizes a remote-first culture with teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering operating 24/7 mission-critical systems.
• Hands-on Python/Go proficiency, production Kubernetes experience, and solid Terraform and cloud architecture skills.

Responsibilities
