JumpCloud is seeking a capable engineer to diagnose and resolve critical customer issues, while building an internal SaaS tool for data access across CSE, CSM, TAM, Sales, and Finance teams. You will partner with Product and Engineering and serve as Incident Manager to drive fast resolutions.

The role emphasizes strong SQL/NoSQL skills, Java/Python/Go programming, APIs/SDKs, and comfort with AI-assisted tools, plus excellent communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Our candidates must have strong SQL and NoSQL experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or Go and familiarity with APIs/SDKs.
• Comfort using AI-assisted tools and strong communication/teamwork skills.
