Job summary

JumpCloud is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to architect and run multi-region microservices and authentication infrastructure on AWS and GCP. You will own the reliability roadmap, drive SLOs, observability, incident response, and disaster recovery automation, enabling secure, scalable services for a worldwide user base.

The role emphasizes building Kubernetes and Terraform platforms, reducing toil with Python and Go, and collaborating with remote-first teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering in distributed systems.
• Deep Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS/GCP expertise.
• Strong Python/Go skills and FinOps cost optimization experience
