The Community Action Organization Of Western New York Inc. seeks an ERSEA Coordinator to oversee Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance within the Head Start program, ensuring adherence to Head Start Performance Standards.

Responsibilities include managing enrollment, wait lists, and staff trainings, while supporting data reporting and continuous improvement of ERSEA processes. Strong confidentiality and cross‑team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with related field experience in social services.
• Experience with ERSEA or Head Start or similar programs preferred.
• Knowledge of confidentiality and data management requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee ERSEA components: Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, Attendance.
• Ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards.
• Manage enrollment and wait lists; fill vacancies as needed.
• Provide training, workshops, and technical support for staff and families.
• Prepare and distribute ERSEA reports; support self-assessment processes.
