Action for Boston Community Development (ABCD) Head Start and Children’s Services seeks an ERSEA Specialist to manage eligibility, recruitment, enrollment and attendance data with accuracy and timeliness. You will promote the program's mission to staff, families and community while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local policies.

Qualificações

• Must have strong knowledge of ERSEA functions: eligibility, enrollment and attendance.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Excellent communication with staff, families and community partners.

Responsabilidades

• Recruitment and enrollment management and 100% enrollment tracking.
• Maintain and monitor data entry and reporting requirements.
• Provide timely communication with families regarding eligibility and status.
• Assist with administrative duties and attend required trainings.
