Job summary

Alliance Center for Education seeks an ERSEA Manager to lead Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance systems within Head Start programs. You will ensure compliance with federal and state requirements while driving outreach, enrollment strategies, marketing, and family engagement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant experience, plus strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to monitor data and improve program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Education, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in ERSEA or eligibility programs.
• Knowledge of eligibility regulations and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of ERSEA systems.
• Develop and implement recruitment, enrollment, and attendance strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Head Start standards, federal/state regulations, and funding mandates.
• Monitor data management, family engagement, and program marketing.
