Salt River Project (SRP) seeks a highly capable ERP Application Developer to support, enhance, and evolve our Workforce Software (WFS) Time and Attendance platform and related enterprise applications. The role partners with payroll, SAP, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable workforce management solutions.

Qualifications

Experience with enterprise applications in HRIS/payroll or workforce management.
Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and data integrity.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and enhance Workforce Software (WFS) Time and Attendance and related workforce management solutions.
Design, develop, configure, and support interfaces between workforce management, HR, payroll, and other enterprise systems.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to support data integrations and business process alignment.
