Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years hands-on Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence configuration and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with third-party integrations, security features, and data privacy.
Understanding of Payroll/Time Tracking/Absence processes and IT dependencies.
Strong time management and prioritization in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Lead sessions with stakeholders to define and deploy Workday solutions.
Be the primary contact for Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules.
Translate business requirements into effective software configurations.
Document configurations and support year-end payroll and reporting tasks.
Collaborate with Payroll/HR/IT to ensure alignment and cross-functional communication.
Identify process improvements and optimize Workday workflows.
Provide end-user training and gather usability feedback.
Ensure SOX compliance and assist with disaster recovery planning.
