Job summary

Salt River Project seeks an ERP Application Developer to support, enhance, and evolve the Workforce Software (WFS) Time and Attendance platform and related enterprise apps. You will partner with payroll, SAP, and vendors to deliver reliable workforce management and payroll solutions.

The role covers configuration, development, integrations, upgrades, testing, and process improvements, with a focus on data integrity and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and supporting enterprise applications in a large environment.
• Experience troubleshooting integration and data issues in production.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with APIs and data interfaces.
• Experience with workforce management and payroll systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and enhance WFS Time and Attendance and related workforce solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex application, integration, and data issues.
• Monitor system health, performance, and data integrity.
• Participate in upgrades, patching, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT on data integrations.
• Design interfaces between workforce management and other systems.
