Versant is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to lead the controllership and finance workstreams for the ERP modernization program. You will partner with Finance and Technology to design, implement, and adopt next-generation finance processes, data, controls, and systems, ensuring scalable, fit-to-standard solutions.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems, business, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in finance transformation, controllership, or related roles with leadership responsibility.
• Significant ERP/finance-system transformation experience, preferably SAP S/4HANA or similar.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SOX controls, and internal controls.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation roadmap and workstreams aligned to financial reporting and control objectives.
• Serve as finance liaison to ERP core team, SI partners, and BU finance teams.
• Design and implement fit-to-standard ERP processes, data, and reporting across R2R, P2P, O2C.
• Embed SOX and internal controls in future-state designs and ensure audit readiness.
• Define KPIs and measure adoption and impact of transformation initiatives.
