The role requires guiding roadmap development, governance, and execution across multiple workstreams, partnering with executive leadership to drive readiness and successful procurement and implementation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large-scale ERP implementation, modernization, or transformation programs.
• 7+ years guiding cross-functional technology or business transformation across multiple functions.
• 5+ years developing ERP roadmaps, governance structures, resource plans, and implementation strategies.
• 5+ years facilitating executive-level stakeholders, decision-making, and reporting.
• 5+ years managing programs involving requirements, data/integration, OCM, procurement, testing, and readiness across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP modernization strategy, readiness planning, and transformation roadmap development.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans covering ERP strategy, business process transformation, data readiness, integrations, OCM, procurement, solution selection, and implementation readiness.
• Establish program governance, decision-making processes, escalation paths, roles, responsibilities, and accountability.
• Coordinate activities across Finance, HR/HCM, Student/Campus Solutions, IT, and other business functions.
• Assess organizational capacity, staffing needs, and resource requirements for ERP planning and implementation.
• Develop program schedules and implementation sequencing based on business priorities, dependencies, and cycles.
• Facilitate executive-level discussions regarding ERP strategy, scope, risks, decisions, and readiness.
• Coordinate business process, requirements, data, integration, OCM, procurement, testing, and technical workstreams.
• Support development of budgets, staffing models, implementation approaches, and resource plans.
• Support ERP procurement and selection activities, including ERP solution and systems integrator selection.
• Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and corrective actions.
• Provide executive-level reporting on program status, milestones, risks, decisions, and readiness.
• Ensure business stakeholders maintain active ownership and participation throughout the ERP transformation.
