Job summary

Excelerate LLC seeks a Technical Program Manager to drive enterprise transformation initiatives, including ERP/EPM modernization and Chart of Accounts redesign, in a cloud-native setting. You will lead cross-functional teams across finance, product, and technology to deliver structured outcomes and tangible value.

You will partner with finance, legal, and privacy, translating complex requirements into actionable programs, guiding governance, and supporting senior leadership decisions.

Qualifications

Deep expertise in finance process and operating model transformation.
Strong understanding of FP&A, R2R, planning, and reporting in cloud-native environments.
Experience leading Chart of Accounts redesign and ERP/EPM integration.
Executive communication skills with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
Ability to manage ambiguity and evolving scope in long-term programs.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale finance transformation programs from end to end.
Coordinate across finance, product, and technology to meet roadmaps and milestones.
Manage risks, timelines, and stakeholder alignment in a matrixed organization.
Facilitate executive decision-making and provide strategic recommendations.
