Job summary

EQ Recruit Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a high-impact ERP transformation, overseeing planning through to implementation. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, governance, risks, and dependencies while partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure operational improvements.

Experience delivering SAP or Oracle ERP programs and strong finance-technology transformation background are essential.

Qualifications

Proven success leading large-scale ERP transformation programs.
Experience delivering SAP or Oracle ERP implementations.
Strong background in finance technology transformation initiatives.
Proven experience managing governance, risks, issues and dependencies.
Exceptional executive stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Experience managing external vendors and implementation partners.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of the SAP ECC6 to Oracle Fusion ERP transformation.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules and governance frameworks.
Manage program risks, issues, dependencies and interdependencies across multiple workstreams.
Partner with Finance, Technology and executive stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Lead steering committee reporting, governance forums and executive updates.
Coordinate implementation partners and internal delivery teams.
Ensure project scope, budget and timelines are effectively managed.
Facilitate decision making and proactively manage project risks.
