Job summary

CECO Environmental, a global leader in environmental solutions, seeks a Sr. IT Project Manager in Addison, TX.

You will drive ERP migration projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery across ERP/CRM/HCM platforms using waterfall and agile methods. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of IT project management, D365 F&O migration experience, and strong SOX/compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years deploying Enterprise Business applications and customer-facing technologies.
• 5+ years working as a Project Manager in a corporate IT organization.
• Recent and relevant experience in performing D365 ERP Migrations.
• Has a working knowledge of SOX Compliance activities within the context of project management duties.
• Experience building strong relationships with collaborators across an organization and external partners.
• Experience moving technical projects forward with minimal oversight, and ability to adapt to latest information, situations, or challenges.
• Demonstrated knowledge of using Azure DevOps to manage ERP projects.
• 5-7 years of experience with ERP Migrations is preferred. D365 F&O experience is required.
• Previous M&A Integration project management experience is highly desired and considered a plus.
• PMP certification is a plus, well versed with PMBOK knowledge areas and application of processes in conventional/hybrid projects.
• Agile certification such as CSM or PSM preferred. Prior experience in the Engineering design, and/or commercial industrial manufacturing industry is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Drive ERP migration and IT project delivery under IT program leadership.
• Outline timing, approach, and scope with ERP architecture leads.
• Communicate migration plans across IT and business stakeholders.
• Lead ERP migrations and traditional IT projects.
• Create PMO artifacts and define deliverables, milestones, tasks.
• Provide leadership to project teams throughout the life cycle.
• Staff and assign project personnel.
• Collaborate with internal/external project managers.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Translate business needs into detailed requirements for delivery.
• Manage change, training, testing, data migration, cutover.
• Implement project communications and weekly status meetings.
• Align with internal audit for documentation and archiving.
• Ensure quality and consistency across the enterprise.
• Ensure goals align with business objectives.
• Lead and coordinate schedule to meet timelines and budget.
