ERP Transformation Lead – D365 F&O Expert

Job summary

CECO Environmental, a Dallas-based leader in sustainable industrial solutions, seeks a Senior ERP Functional Lead to drive D365 F&O ERP projects and transformation. You will partner with business leaders, IT, and external partners to translate requirements into scalable ERP solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.

The role demands deep ERP expertise, manufacturing domain knowledge, and strong stakeholder management to deliver on CECO’s transformation initiatives and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent mix of education/experience.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• 7+ years ERP implementation, enhancement, and support experience.
• Experience leading functional workstreams or solution delivery activities within ERP projects.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, inventory, operations, and financial processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including crafting narratives in PowerPoint.
• Experience developing business requirements, functional designs, test scripts, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Travel domestically/internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional delivery of ERP projects, enhancements, and business improvements.
• Serve as the primary functional lead between business stakeholders, partners, and IT teams.
• Facilitate workshops to define requirements and translate into ERP solutions.
• Guide stakeholders through complex business and process decisions.
• Support standardization and continuous improvement across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and operations.
• Drive risks, gaps, and design issues to resolution.
• Ensure designs and CECO standards are followed by partners.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
