CECO Environmental Corporation seeks a Senior ERP Functional Lead to drive D365 Finance & Operations implementations and ongoing optimizations. You will lead cross-functional teams, align business requirements with CECO standards, and shepherd projects from design through stabilization.

This role emphasizes stakeholder management, process improvement, and collaboration with external partners. The ideal candidate has deep ERP delivery experience in manufacturing environments and a proven ability

Formación

• 5+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• 7+ years ERP implementation, enhancement, and support experience.
• Experience leading functional workstreams or solution delivery within ERP projects.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, inventory, operations, and financial processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with various audiences.
• Proficient in Excel and related technologies such as Visio.

Responsabilidades

• Lead functional delivery of ERP projects, enhancements, and business improvements.
• Serve as the primary functional lead between business stakeholders, partners, and IT.
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions to define requirements and translate into ERP solutions.
• Guide stakeholders through complex business decisions and drive standardization.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
