Matlen Silver is seeking a Lead Analyst – ERP Workstream to support a major ERP transformation initiative in Portage, MI. You will partner with Change Management, Deployment, and Business teams to drive change impact analysis, stakeholder readiness, and deployment activities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in organizational change, solid analytical and communication skills, and hands-on exposure to ERP implementations.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Analyst – ERP Workstream to support a major ERP/business transformation initiative. This position will work closely with Change Management, Program, Deployment, and Business teams to support change impact analysis, stakeholder readiness, business enablement, analytics, and deployment activities. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting organizational change initiatives, strong analytical and communication skills, and exposure to ERP implementations or large-scale business transformations.

Project Details
