Job summary

Evapco, Inc. in Taneytown, MD seeks an ERP Specialist to collect, validate, and analyze operational and financial data in a manufacturing environment while driving process improvement and ERP-based transformation initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional projects, translate business needs into technical ERP solutions, standardize master data, and produce reports for management and the ERP steering committee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, CS, supply chain, manufacturing engineering, mathematics or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in leveraging technology for continuous improvement, data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Ability to prioritize, manage time, and work independently to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather operational and financial data (inventory, purchasing, costing) to capture accurate inventory and production costs.
• Lead and manage projects to achieve business goals and facilitate adoption of new processes within the ERP system.
• Translate business processes and requirements into technical solutions within the ERP system or related applications.
• Drive standardization of master data across the organization.
• Collaborate with other functional groups, including Purchasing, Product Development, Production Control, IT and Finance.
• Generate reports to showcase progress and communicate findings to management and the ERP steering committee.
