Job summary

CECO Environmental is a global leader delivering sustainable solutions for industrial air, water, and energy transition. The Business Transformation ERP Specialist drives ERP projects, supports M&A integration, analytics, and process improvement.

You will partner with Operations, IT, Manufacturing, and site leadership to implement new systems, standardize processes, and drive adoption through change management, training, testing, and post‑implementation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing, capital goods, or ERP-related transformation.
• Experience with ERP implementations, migrations, or process improvements.
• Experience with M&A integration and cross-functional processes.
• Strong knowledge of inventory, manufacturing operations, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT, Operations, and site leadership to translate business needs to technical teams.
• Support ERP transitions, integrations, and standardization of processes.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop change management plans and drive adoption of new systems.
• Support ERP implementation, testing, training, and post‑implementation activities.
• Create and maintain operational analytics, dashboards, and reporting.
