Evapco is seeking an ERP Support Specialist to act as the primary liaison between business operations and ERP technology. The role focuses on supporting ERP users, maintaining data integrity, documenting processes, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, finance, and admin functions.

The on-site role requires collaboration with multiple departments and a proactive approach to standardizing processes, training, and documenting ERP configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to learn business processes and ERP functionality quickly; document complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP support requests.
• Troubleshoot transactions, reports, and master data issues.
• Provide user guidance, training, and best practices for ERP users.
• Coordinate issue resolution with business teams and IT.
• Develop a solid understanding of end-to-end business processes and ERP interactions.
