Job summary

Evapco seeks an ERP Specialist to collect, validate, and analyze operational and financial data in a manufacturing setting while driving process improvement and transformation initiatives.

The role partners with Purchasing, Product Development, Production Control, IT and Finance to translate business needs into ERP solutions, standardize master data, and generate actionable reports for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in leveraging technology through continuous improvement initiatives, data collection, process analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Gather operational and financial data (inventory, purchasing, costing) to capture accurate inventory and production costs.
• Lead and manage projects to achieve business goals and facilitate adoption of new processes within the ERP system.
• Translate business processes and requirements into technical solutions within the ERP system or related applications.
• Drive standardization of master data across the organization.
• Collaborate with other functional groups, including Purchasing, Product Development, Production Control, IT and Finance.
• Generate reports to showcase progress and communicate findings to management and the ERP steering committee.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Mathematics or related field

5+ years' experience leveraging technology through continuous improvement initiatives, data collection, process analysis and reporting

Ability to prioritize commitments, manage time effectively, and work independently

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in collaborating with and/or participation in cross-functional teams

Summary

The ERP Specialist will be responsible for collecting, validating, and analyzing operational and financial data in a manufacturing environment while driving forward process improvement and functional transformation initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills, & Experience

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in: Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Mathematics or related field
• 5+ years' experience in leveraging technology through continuous improvement initiatives, data collection, process analysis and reporting
• Able to prioritize commitments, manage time effectively, and work independently to meet time sensitive deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in collaborating with and/or participation in cross-functional teams

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in a Large-Scale Manufacturing environment
• ERP experience (Sage100, SAP, Oracle, Business Central); system implementation a plus
• Project Management (PMP) or related certification
• APICS certification
• Lean Six Sigma training or certification
