Job summary

Builders FirstSource is seeking a skilled Training Solutions Specialist to design and deliver advanced ERP training materials for cross-functional teams. You will plan training programs, assess learning outcomes, and collaborate with stakeholders to close gaps in system knowledge.

This role emphasizes effective communication, analytical thinking, and driving value through learning solutions. You will work within a dynamic environment, contributing to a major ERP platform transition and helping

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
4+ years relevant work experience.
Understanding of ERP’s and integrations with business processes.

Responsibilities

Designs and delivers complex technical training materials on a wide range of solutions areas/ technologies.
Utilizes approved materials, designs custom training materials as required that are utilized as templates/ best practice by team.
Utilizes knowledge of training methodologies to plan and facilitates development of training solutions that drive business outcomes.
