You will develop training curricula, deliver instructor-led sessions, and partner with SMEs to keep content current and impactful for diverse audiences within a large enterprise.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in communications, training, or related fields.
• Experience developing and executing communication strategies and training programs.
• Experience creating internal communications for corporate and cross-functional audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute I-ERP communication strategies and plans.
• Manage newsletters, podcasts, and engagement channels.
• Create internal communications for Purchasing and leadership teams.
• Script and coordinate Tek Talks and I-ERP Minute Podcasts.
• Deliver training sessions in-person and virtual environments.
• Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
