Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an Enablement Manager to design and implement training programs, SOPs, and AI-driven automation initiatives across business units. You will partner with sales, operations, recruiting, and delivery teams to streamline workflows, standardize procedures, and drive adoption of productivity tools.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in operations or enablement, strong data analysis skills, and experience with SAP/CRM-like platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, Enablement, or Process Improvement.
• Experience creating and implementing SOPs and operational frameworks.
• Experience working with automation tools and AI-driven solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities to streamline operations.
• Design and document scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Build repeatable mechanisms that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to eliminate operational bottlenecks.
• Create frameworks that support rapid growth while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation across business functions.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered tools, workflow automation platforms, and productivity solutions.
• Develop role-based training programs for new and existing employees.
• Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and track productivity improvements.
• Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms using tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Power BI.
