Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking a skilled training materials developer to create and maintain ERP system materials, and to deliver effective training to teams in the Water Solutions and Services division.

You will translate complex concepts into clear language, design engaging content, and collaborate with leadership and SMEs to deliver a range of training offerings. Prior trainer experience and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Training, or Education with 3 years of applicable work experience.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is preferred but not required.
• Experience with SAP Enable Now / WalkMe is a plus.
• Knowledge of water industry is preferred but not required.
• Experience with LMS content management and creation systems such as Articulate 360 is a plus.
• Prior trainer or similar role experience is preferred, not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches.
• Organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects/tasks.
• Autonomy in an unstructured environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain instructional materials for a new ERP system.
• Collaborate with leadership and SMEs to design and deliver training to teams within the Water Solutions and Services division.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, non-technical language.
• Simplify information for non-technical audiences.
• Design content to optimize learning and course offerings.
• Create visual, audio and interactive learning content.
