Job summary

The Metropolitan Council in Minnesota seeks an ERP Technical Manager to lead the ERP Technical Team and steer strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization of the enterprise resource planning environment.

You will drive ERP transformation initiatives, oversee cloud deployments, upgrades, and migrations from legacy systems, and partner with business and technology leaders to align ERP capabilities with organizational goals and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 7+ years ERP experience including 3 years of management.
• Associate’s degree with 9+ years ERP experience including 3 years of management.
• High school diploma/GED with 11+ years ERP experience including 3 years of management.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP Technical Team and oversee strategy, implementation, support, optimization, and modernization of the ERP environment.
• Drive ERP transformation initiatives and manage ERP resources.
• Ensure delivery of complex projects including cloud deployments, integrations, upgrades, and migrations from legacy ERP systems to a modern ERP platform.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to align ERP capabilities with organizational goals and growth strategies.
