Job summary

Environmental Air Systems is seeking an experienced ERP Technical Lead to own IFS Cloud architecture and lead technical delivery across implementation, go-live, and ongoing support. You will manage integrations, data migration, security design, and release management while guiding administrators and developers in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ERP technical experience.
• 3+ years with IFS Applications or IFS Cloud preferred.
• Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations or major upgrades.
• Strong knowledge of ERP integrations, APIs, data migration, security, environments, and release management.
• Experience with SQL, REST APIs, middleware.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical lead and internal SME for IFS Cloud.
• Provide technical leadership through implementation, go-live, stabilization, and support.
• Own IFS technical architecture, environment strategy, integrations, and development standards.
• Review and approve technical solutions from partners and vendors.
• Design and support integrations between IFS and other systems.
• Establish standards for configurations, reports, integrations, and customizations.
• Oversee data migration, interfaces, and system conversions.
• Lead IFS security design, access controls, and segregation of duties.
• Oversee releases, upgrades, testing, and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex application, integration, data, and performance issues.
• Create technical documentation, governance, and change-management standards.
• Partner with process owners to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor IFS administrators, developers, and other resources.
• Identify opportunities to reduce customization and improve automation, scalability, maintainability.

Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary technical lead and internal subject matter expert for IFS Cloud.Provide technical leadership throughout implementation, go-live, stabilization, and ongoing support.Own IFS technical architecture, environment strategy, integrations, and development standards.Review and approve technical solutions proposed by implementation partners and vendors.Design and support integrations between IFS and other enterprise systems.Establish standards for configurations, reports, integrations, and customizations.Provide technical oversight for data migration, interfaces, and system conversions.Lead IFS security design, permission structures, access controls, and segregation-of-duties requirements.Oversee release management, upgrades, testing, and production deployments.Troubleshoot complex application, integration, data, and performance issues.Establish technical documentation, support procedures, governance, and change-management standards.Partner with business process owners to translate functional requirements into sustainable technical solutions.Manage technical relationships with IFS, implementation partners, and external consultants.Mentor and provide technical direction to IFS administrators, developers, and other enterprise application resources.Identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary customization and improve automation, scalability, and maintainability.Qualifications:7+ years of ERP technical experience, with significant experience supporting enterprise applications.3+ years of hands-on experience with IFS Applications or IFS Cloud strongly preferred.Experience participating in or leading a full lifecycle ERP implementation or major upgrade.Strong knowledge of ERP integrations, APIs, data migration, security, environments, and release management.Experience with SQL, REST APIs, middleware, or related integration technologies.Understanding of Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related ERP business processes.Strong troubleshooting, architecture, documentation, and vendor-management skills.Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business users, senior leadership, and external partners.
