Qualifications

5+ years of experience in technology staffing, ERP recruiting, or consulting services.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing ERP clients to identify staff augmentation opportunities.
Proactively expand existing client accounts by uncovering new project needs and consulting opportunities.
Develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
Partner with ERP Practice Leaders to identify opportunities to introduce additional Impact Advisors services.
Present qualified consultants for project-based staffing engagements.
Negotiate consulting engagements and partner with leadership on rates and contract terms.
