Job summary

Impact Advisors, LLC seeks a dynamic Cloud ERP Implementation Consultant to drive transformation in healthcare operations through cloud ERP deployments. You will work with clinicians, leaders, and staff to map processes, configure solutions, and deliver value-driven outcomes.

Responsibilities include data migration, testing, training, and post-go-live support, with collaboration across senior consultants and project managers to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Anticipated bachelor’s or master’s degree in IS, tech, or business (May 2027 graduation).
• Internship or academic ERP experience preferred (Workday, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite).
• Exposure to HR/Finance/Supply Chain operations welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to empower leaders, clinicians, employees, affiliates, and communities to achieve positive patient outcomes.
• Interact one on one with healthcare and consulting professionals at all levels.
• Assist in configuring, testing, and deploying cloud ERP software for clients.
• Participate in discovery sessions to understand client processes and requirements.
• Support data migration including mapping, cleansing, and validation.
• Document system configurations, test cases, and training materials.
• Conduct user training and provide post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and project managers to meet milestones.
• Learn ERP functionality and stay current on product updates and best practices.
