Job summary

Impact Advisors, a nationally recognized healthcare management consulting firm, seeks a Cloud ERP Implementation Consultant to drive transformation in healthcare operations through ERP deployment. You will collaborate with healthcare leaders, clinicians, and consultants to implement cloud ERP solutions for clients across the industry.

Travel is expected up to 50% and the start date is August 2027; the role offers a full-time schedule with opportunities for bonus and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Anticipated Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferred majors: Information Systems, Technology, Business (general), Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain
• Expected Graduation: May 2027
• Exposure to business operations such as HR, Finance/Accounting, and Supply Chain
• Internship or academic experience with ERP systems preferred (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP, Netsuite, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to empower leaders, clinicians, employees, affiliates, and communities to achieve positive patient outcomes.
• Interact one on one with healthcare and consulting professionals to grow your perspective and career.
• Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of cloud ERP software solutions for clients.
• Participate in discovery sessions to understand client business processes and requirements.
• Support data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, and validation.
• Document system configurations, test cases, and user training materials.
• Conduct user training and provide post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and project managers to ensure milestones are met.
• Learn ERP system functionality and stay current on product updates and best practices.

The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $75,000 - $82,000.
