Job summary

Lancaster County Government seeks an ERP Specialist to provide hands-on support for the County’s ERP system, collaborating with IT, finance, and departments to ensure data accuracy and effective adoption.

The role focuses on execution: data entry, validation, testing, and assisting with configuration while enabling transitions from legacy processes to the ERP system. Office-based with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1–3 years of SaaS product or business systems support experience.
• Experience with ERP or financial systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day ERP system support including troubleshooting, data corrections, access requests, and configuration.
• Assist with system configuration, data conversion, integrations, and testing.
• Support end-to-end user testing and training.
• Document results and SOPs; support Workday releases and enhancements.
• Coordinate with departments and IT staff during go-live and ongoing operations.
