Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Information Technology or related fields from an accredited college or university.
• Four years of direct experience implementing a new software system or upgrading an existing system for a governmental entity.
• Knowledgeable of budget business processes.

Responsibilities

• Configures, monitors, troubleshoots, and provides training for existing countywide systems (OpenGov and budget related functions in Oracle). Ensures documentation of all processes, system configuration, and user and administrative guides.
• Participates in the assessment, development, and implementation of a new ERP system and/or a new Oracle budget module. Handles procurement evaluations and status reporting.
• Tests software installation and upgrades. Investigates enhancements to current configuration.
• Designs, develops, tests and generates routine and ad-hoc reports for current systems (OpenGov and budget related functions in Oracle) and any new system in response to user needs.
• Leads mapping process for new Quality Management System (QMS) – ISO9001. Works with budget staff to outline tasks and create forms.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
