Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of experience with SaaS product or business systems support.
• Knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
• Strong attention to detail with financial data.
• Proficiency with Excel and standard office applications.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day ERP system support including troubleshooting and data corrections.
• Assist with system configuration, data conversion, and testing.
• Support implementation of new ERP modules such as HR and Payroll.
• Develop user training and SOPs and maintain ERP documentation.
