Job summary

Keel in Ladson, SC seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives, manage ERP projects, and coordinate IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership. Hands-on ERP experience, with IFS preferred, is required.

The role focuses on ERP enhancements, integrations, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support, with travel between facilities as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex IT projects, risks, schedules, resources, and vendors.
• Production ERP experience required with ERP testing, deployments, and post‑implementation support.
• Strong understanding of applications, infrastructure, data, integrations and business systems.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams, stakeholders, leadership, and vendors.
• PM certifications such as PMP/PMI-ACP/ITIL are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and priorities.
• Coordinate IT teams, business departments, vendors, and consultants.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and resources across projects.
• Lead meetings and keep stakeholders informed.
• Ensure testing, documentation, change management, and deployment are completed.
• Hold vendors and consultants accountable for deliverables.
• Improve project-management processes and standards across the organization.
• Oversee ERP implementations, upgrades, and system integrations.
