Job Description

JOB SUMMARY Perform activities associated with Information Technology’s ERP system; business process architecture/design, and technology adoption of our customer’s business systems; and support of our customer’s ERP/IFS systems. Participate and occasionally lead sub‑pieces of our customer’s global implementation of IFS applications by providing necessary business process consulting, training, SOPs, documentation, and applications consulting to ensure success in using IFS Applications as a tool to improve overall business performance. The employee is the ERP/IFS business and technical Subject Matter Expert in cost and corporate accounting areas. This person is expected to be available and on‑call 24X7 in support of IT’s ERP technology solutions globally.

Responsibilities

• Participate in our customer’s ERP solutions implementation in all business areas including Information Technology globally.


• Our customer’s IFS System Experts in Accounting (cost and corporate)


• Support for our customer’s IFS Security Admin focused on minimizing Segregation of Duties conflicts as part of JSOX in IFS.


• Subject Matter Expert in Accounting and other related areas including IFS business process design, IFS technology adoption, and IFS integration.


• Subject matter expert on business analysis, data analytics, financial consolidations, Manufacturing, and Accounting.


• Subject matter expert in “IFS Projects”, “IFS Project Accounting” and other related items.


• Works with management to prevent or remove obstacles that inhibit the delivery of quality products and services.


• Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, BCS or related degree or equivalent experience.


• +4 years relevant experience including hands on experience as IFS user in Accounting.


• +2 years in implementing, supporting, and maintaining IFS ERP solutions in an accounting capacity.

Physical/Working Conditions

• USA domestic travel up to 40%.


• Work schedule generally consists of 40 hours per week or more, which may include being available to support global operations and on‑call, evenings, and/or weekends.


• Able to lift computer equipment, monitors, and servers.
