Job summary

The SLAC IT Business Systems Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for SLAC ERP systems, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable enterprise solutions while maintaining accountability for team performance and project execution.

You will lead a team of ERP analysts, developers, and architects, drive ERP roadmap, governance, incident response, and continuous improvement, partnering with HR, Finance, and other functions to achieve lab objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ERP teams and programs.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Proven track record in governance and change management.
• Experience with incident/problem management and service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for SLAC ERP teams across architecture, development, and operations.
• Develop and execute the ERP technical roadmap and alignment with goals.
• Oversee ERP architecture, integrations, upgrades, and deployments.
• Lead complex ERP projects, scope, budget, and risk management.
• Establish SLAs, monitor performance, and drive service excellence.
• Ensure security, compliance, and data integrity in ERP environments.
