Job summary

Monterey Peninsula College seeks a Business Systems Manager to oversee the ERP and integrated applications portfolio, including patch management and change coordination. You will supervise the Enterprise Systems Analysts and coordinate cross‑department readiness for system changes, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations.

The role requires collaboration across IT and institutional operations, with strong focus on vendor relationships, project planning, and training coordination

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, public administration, or a related field.
• At least three years of progressively responsible experience in functional ERP coordination, enterprise systems project management, or business systems analysis, including at least one year of lead or supervisory experience.
• Desired certifications include PMP, CAPM, or similar project management credentials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ERP patch management lifecycle and ensure functional readiness for changes.
• Lead functional delivery for ERP projects, regulatory changes, and third‑party integrations.
• Act as the change management resource across the enterprise applications portfolio and coordinate staff training.
• Direct supervision of Enterprise Systems Analysts and alignment with project priorities.
• Maintain governance, documentation, and cross‑department collaboration for ERP initiatives.
